Will I wobble on a mat this thick?
Cheap thick mats wobble because they're one soft layer. Bliss tucks its memory foam between two firm layers. So it's soft under your knee and firm under your foot.

3/4 inch (19mm) across the mat, where the foam is. The sewn edge binding is thinner, about 1/2 inch. We make Bliss in small batches, so yours may measure a hair more or less.
What's it made of?
Organic, limestone-based neoprene on the top and bottom, with a soy-based memory foam core in the middle. It's latex-free, phthalate-free and PABA-free. No EVA.
What is limestone-based neoprene?
Neoprene is the soft, stretchy material you may know from wetsuits. Most of it is made from petroleum. The neoprene on Bliss is made from limestone instead, an eco-friendly choice that's softer and more supple. It's on the top and the base of your mat.
I have a latex allergy. Is it safe for me?
Bliss is latex-free. If your allergy is severe, email us first and we'll talk it through.
How big is it? Will it fit me?
It's 24.5" x 73.5". That's a couple of inches longer than most premium mats (71"), so you can lie flat without your feet hanging off.
Is it good for Pilates?
Yes. Mat Pilates is mostly kneeling, rolling and lying down. That's where Bliss helps most.
How do I clean it?
Wipe it with a damp cloth and a little mild soap. Let it dry flat, out of the sun.
